wow, has time flown by! the last post was created in september of 2008, and it's now january of 2009! boy oh boy do we have some news for you!!

master catalasan has promised that 2009 will be even bigger and better than the previous years! and she's already started it off with a bang... if you're not doing anything on january 31st, team intense martial arts is holding their very first watergun warfare event at peak park in buena park - just a few blocks away from the dojang! come enjoy this free event with the rest of team intense martial arts. dust off those waterguns and come enjoy the socal winter with us! only in socal would it be 80 degrees in the middle of january! so, master catalasan has decided to take advantage of it!
