what a way to end the summer! we hit up bolsa chica state beach, hung out, played games, had fun playin our version of fear factor (congrats coach kaihewalu for winning the underwater scooter!), and just enjoyin' the food, the atmosphere, and the company. pictures will be posted soon on the team website, courtesy of coach woodward.
we had such a good turn out and so much food left over, we ended up having an after bonfire, bonfire at the dojang after belt presentation lastnight! we hung out outside, grilled up some burgers, dogs, and the ever-so-popular spam, and had ourselves another bonfire - without the sand. thanks to the bardales family bringing their bonfire pit, it made the atmosphere complete!
